Subscription Terms: Pulse Zen offers certain features or services that are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select).
Automatic Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it or Pulse Zen cancels it.
Refunds: All billing, cancellations, and refund requests are handled directly by Apple and are subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions. Pulse Zen does not have the authority to issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
Price Changes: Pulse Zen reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the option to cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
Our Service may use third-party services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
